Metal 7

For over 40 years, Metal 7 has been designing and manufacturing high-performance products and equipment to help their international clients increase the efficiency of their processes, specifically those used by Iron ore pelletizing plants. Metal 7 stands out in the industry for its unique expertise in material and surface engineering.  Enhancement of the performance of equipment and components in service is one of its central strengths. Liquid metals are very corrosive and attack equipment or parts that come in contact with them. In some cases, parts operate only for few minutes. Metal 7's focus has been on two main coating families for liquid metal applications: solutions for parts exposed to liquid aluminum and solutions for parts exposed to liquid cast iron.

The protective coating families developed in-house are also appropriate to addresses many other operational or maintenance problems found in other industries than the main ones targeted by Metal 7 (iron ore pelletizing plants or aluminum smelters).
