Chongyi Zhangyuan Tungsten Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Zhangyuan Tungsten) is located in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, which is the Capital of Tungsten. After persevering more than ten years in hard pioneering despite of hardships, it rapidly developed from a small company mainly on mining and beneficiation technology to a group enterprise with business range from mining, beneficiation, smelting, powder producing, tungsten alloy & cemented carbide processing, deep processing and trading. Zhangyuan Tungsten is the only private listed company in Tungsten industry of China.   Resource Support Base Constructed from Green Mines   Zhangyuan Tungsten has 4 mines (Taoxikeng tungsten mine, Xinanzi tungsten and tin mine, Shilei tungsten mine, Tianjingwo tungsten mine) with mining rights and their tungsten reserves are 96000 tons which accounts for 5.33% of the nationwide total quantity. The mining and beneficiation technology they used is advanced and mature, and all of these can meet the requirement of “Green Mines Construction”. The service life of these mines can be more than 30 years.   Zhangyuan Tungsten also has 6 mines area (Dongfeng, Shizhen, Baixi, Bikeng, CHangliukeng and Shizuinao) with prospecting rights and the total exploration area is 154 km^2.  With this borad prospects, all of these had established a strong foundation for the tungsten resource supply base.   Technological Innovation Leads Future Development   Zhangyuan Tungsten always puts the technological innovation as an engine for development, and insists the independent innovation way which combines with Policy, Producing, Learning, Researching and Practicing. We established the innovative platform and innovation system with the technology center at the core, which was invested over hundreds million RMB and was imported more than 200 sets advanced testing equipments from oversea. This technology center was the basis station of many academic institutions, such as Postdoctoral Workstation of Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences, Postdoctoral Research Base of Central South University, Postgraduate Education Innovation Base of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, Gannan Sciences Institute of Tungsten Industry and Jiangxi Tungsten Products Engineering Technology Research Center.   Zhangyuan Tungsten had developed over 130 patents and proprietary technologies, and participated in drafting 5 national standards. Our metallurgy and powder production technics were leading the charge internationally, and the cemented carbide production techinics was advanced in China. We are also the first one in the world who developd a new technics of invariable system closed smelting on white tungsten acid ammonium salt , and the first one who realized the efficient and green smelting on black and white tungsten ore, and also the first one who was industrialized to produce Nano-Tungsten powder and carbide powder. Among which the project of “Industrialization and Packaged Technology of Clean and Efficient Producing High Performance Powder from White & Black Tungsten” won the second prize of the National Technological Progress Award.   Our Products Can Cover the Whole Industry Chain   Since the foundation of our company, we devoted ourselves to transforming from resource superiority to industrial strength and continually extended our industrial chain which related to terminal deep-processing products. Nowadays, we become few one of the domestic enterprises with the whole tungsten industrial chain, and we formed an integrative system combines with producing, processing and selling. Besides, we are the “State Trading Enterprise with export license on Tungsten Products” and “Enterprise with export supply license on Tungsten Products” approved by the Commerce Department. The “Zhangyuan” is a famous brand in Jiangxi Province, and all tungsten powder, tungsten carbide powder and cemented carbide series products that under the “Zhangyuan” brand are also famous-brand products in Jiangxi Province. Different kinds of products were provided to meet various demands of different customers.   Positioning of World-Class & Highlighting Industrial Advantage   Basing on abundant resource of minerals and advanced tungsten deep-processing techniques, Zhangyuan Tungsten aimed at the world’s leading area of tungsten deep-processing, aimed for be a world-class enterprise, and built up several production lines, such as high performance tungsten-based hard-surface materials and high performance & precision cemented carbide coating blade, in subsidiary. Among which the Phase One was produced by our wholly-owned subsidiary-Ganzhou Achteck Tool Technology Co., Ltd. The total investment of this project is 620 million RMB which was started in April 2011 and finished at the end of 2012. The project was constructed based on the standard of top technology, equipments and automaticity in the world, and we can produce 10 million pieces (100 tons) cemented carbide coating blades per year after it was gone into full production.   Culture and Honors   For a long time, Zhangyuan Tungsten paid great attention to cultivate the operation philosophy of “Benefit from Resource, Reliance on Technologies, People first and Credit first” and the values of “Safety, Harmony, Efficiency, Innovation”, and gave full play to the political guidance power of party organization in the area of enterprise development and its core role in the worker mass.
