Our belief is to do something with soul, creativity, or love -- when you put "something of yourself" into what you're doing, whatever it may be anchored on the premise that current students and young mineral professionals will, within the next two decades, be leaders within the mining and related industries across the world. In keeping with this, Meraki aims to raise, nurture and equip mineral and mining-related young experts with the contemporary skills needed to excel in the mining industry. We also aim to equip them with the mindset that seeks to leverage new and emerging technologies to solve the mineral industry’s challenges. We believe the key to achieving this aim is to have cross-functional professionals that understand both mining operations and technologies, and how to integrate new technologies into operations and measure its impact.
