At the beginning of the banquet, Mr. Chen Xiaofeng, General Manager of FerroAlloyNet, the organizer, took the stage and delivered a warm welcome speech. On behalf of the organizer, he extended the sincerest welcome to all the guests who had traveled from afar. In his speech, Mr. Chen pointed out that Ulanqab, as "half of the manganese alloy industry in China," has set a "practical model" for the industry in terms of its industrial status, green electricity guarantee, and logistics network. This conference, characterized by "global vision + local implementation," focuses on the core direction of "focusing on the core value of the manganese industry and activating the momentum of green development," aiming to build a high-level exchange platform to jointly explore the future of the industry. He then invited all the guests to raise a glass together, drinking a toast full of blessings to the bright future of global manganese industry colleagues and the complete success of the conference.
Amidst the melodious toasting songs, grassland singers took to the stage to perform the deeply moving "Wanli" and the magnificent "Genghis Khan." The long melodies echoed throughout the banquet hall, winning rounds of applause.
The subsequent awards ceremony brought the banquet to a climax. The evening began with an awards ceremony recognizing the winners of the inaugural "Manganese BA" basketball and badminton tournaments held on the afternoon of the 17th. Mr. Zhong Jingguo from the International Business Department of FerroAlloyNet presented trophies to the gold, silver, and bronze medal-winning teams of the "Manganese BA" basketball tournament, as well as the winning players of the badminton tournament, in recognition of their hard work and teamwork on the court.
Following this, the highly anticipated "2025 Manganese Industry Outstanding Enterprise Award Ceremony" officially commenced. The awards were announced in turn, presented by several prominent industry figures:
Mr. Chen Xiaofeng, General Manager of FerroAlloyNet, first took the stage to present three awards: "2025 Outstanding Supplier of Rich Manganese Slag," "2025 Outstanding Supplier of Metallic Manganese in China," and "2025 Outstanding Futures and Spot Service Provider in China's Manganese Industry," recognizing benchmark enterprises in the fields of raw material supply and futures and spot services.
Subsequently, Mr. Zhang Bangxu, Executive Director of the China Iron and Steel Association, was invited to the stage to present the "2025 Outstanding Enterprise in Comprehensive Strength of China's Ferro-Manganese," "2025 Outstanding Supplier of China's Ferro-Manganese," and "2025 Outstanding Supplier of China's Ferro-Manganese," paying tribute to the outstanding forces that have persevered and excelled in the manganese alloy field.
Finally, Mr. Lan Ming, Secretary-General of the Ulanqab Ferroalloy Industry Alliance, took the stage to present awards for "Outstanding Enterprises in Comprehensive Strength of China's Manganese Ore Industry in 2025," "Excellent Suppliers of China's Manganese Ore Industry in 2025," and "Excellent Service Enterprises in the Ferroalloy Industry in 2025," honoring outstanding partners across the entire industry chain.
Interspersed between each round of awards were captivating artistic performances. Dynamic modern dance, the ethnic dance "Beautiful Grassland, My Home," and the final heartfelt rendition of "Falling in Love with the Grassland, Falling in Love with You" added an artistic touch to the solemn awards ceremony and deepened the bonds between guests from all over the world in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.

It is reported that the keynote speech of the FerroAlloyNet 28th International Manganese Industry Development Conference will be held at 8:50 am the following day (Mar 19th, 2026). At that time, in-depth discussions will be held on hot topics in the industry to jointly plan a new chapter in the development of the industry.
