Purchase Inquiry – Vanadium Titanomagnetite (VTM) Powder for Plastic Filler Use

www.ferroalloynet.com: We are seeking a supplier capable of supplying VTM (vanadium titanomagnetite) powder for use as a filler in PP-based plastic compounds.

Important: This material is NOT for iron-making. We need powder processing with the following capabilities:

Technical Requirements:

• Particle size: 325 mesh and below, or D50 ~10 μm

• Surface treatment: coupling agent (silane/titanate) preferred

• Composition: TFe / TiO2 / V2O5 data required

• Moisture control

• Trial lot: 500 kg – 1 ton

• MOQ, unit price (FOB or CIF Korea), lead time

• COA and MSDS must be provided

Application:

• Customer is at development stage.

• Small trial lot needed first.

• Volume supply will follow once approved.

Preferred Source: Panzhihua region or any processor with powder grinding and surface treatment capabilities.
